Although the property is on the water, it is on a rocky coastline and does not have a beach. The Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona condominiums are large and nicely furnished with all of the comforts of home. Every unit has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and cable TV. Air conditioned units are in short supply and require an additional fee. A unit with air conditioning must be requested at the time of booking. The property consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units. The 1 bedroom units will sleep 4 guests. The 2 bedrooms will sleep 6 and the 2 bedroom with loft will sleep 6 guests.
